Graduation weekends are the busiest days of our year, busier than the Fourth of July. Dates are first-come, first-served and a 25% deposit is all it takes to lock one — for a $180 package that's $45 to guarantee your Saturday. If you're reading this in April, build your quote today.
How much seating you actually need
Graduation parties are come-and-go events — people cycle through over 3–4 hours. You can comfortably seat about 70% of your total invite list:

The graduation-specific extras
- Photo table: one dedicated table for the cap-and-gown photos, yearbook and letter jacket display.
- Slideshow sound: the JBL PartyBox 110 handles the baby-photos slideshow audio, then switches to the party playlist.
- Two coolers minimum: May in Texas is already summer. One for water, one for everything else — our cookout checklist explains the ice math.
- Shade plan: afternoon parties need trees, patio covers or canopies. Or start at 5pm and let the sun do the work.
