Red Oak Is Not “Out of Area”

Red Oak is a small town, and small towns get handled the same way by rental companies every time. You call. You give the address. There is a pause on the line. Then it is either a polite no, or a yes with a long-distance fee attached to it. Neither of those answers has anything to do with your party.

We serve Red Oak. That is the whole claim and it carries no asterisk. Red Oak falls in the same Ellis County run as Waxahachie and Ferris, so a delivery here is a stop on a route we already drive rather than a favour wedged into a Saturday morning. Your delivery cost is worked out from your location, exactly the way it is worked out for an address five miles from the lot.

There is no point padding this page with local color you could find yourself, so the rest of it is about the thing you are actually buying.

Booking a City Pavilion

Several City of Red Oak pavilions can be rented privately. Availability and reservations both run through the city's Rentals and Reservations portal, which is powered by CivicRec — so if you have booked a municipal facility online before, the flow will look familiar: choose the facility, choose the date, see what is open, pay.

Check that calendar before you settle on a date rather than after. Weekend slots are the first thing to go anywhere, and rearranging a party around a pavilion you assumed was free is a worse afternoon than picking a different Saturday at the start. Once the confirmation is yours, send us the park and the hours you hold, and we will fit the delivery window inside them. If nothing is open on the date you want, a backyard works just as well from our end — the truck does not mind whether it unloads under a roof or beside a fence.

What You Are Actually Renting

The inventory is deliberately narrow. Six-foot folding tables, the standard banquet size, which line up end to end without leaving gaps to trip over. White resin folding chairs, the kind that hose off and photograph clean. A $12 cooler that holds ice and drinks so nobody is in and out of your kitchen all afternoon. A $30 JBL PartyBox 110 with Bluetooth and lights, which is enough sound for a yard and enough for a speech people can hear over it.

Every order gets counted twice before it leaves the lot — once when it is pulled from the rack, once when it goes on the truck. That sounds fussy right up until the afternoon you set out chairs for fifty and find forty-eight. Sanitizing happens on our side too, between jobs rather than in front of you, so what turns up has already been washed down and looked over.

Two ways to take it. Free pickup at our DFW lot is the cheapest route and fine for a modest order, since tables fold flat and chairs stack. Or we deliver to your Red Oak address or your reserved pavilion, priced by location and quoted before you pay a cent. The deposit is 25%, and that is what takes your date out of circulation; everything else falls due at handover. Not sure how many tables forty guests need? The seating guide does that arithmetic.

Put the order together in the quote builder, or skip the form and text Ray your date instead. Either route gets you a real number rather than a range.

Red Oak FAQs

Good to Know

Do you actually deliver to Red Oak?
Yes. Red Oak is part of our regular Ellis County coverage along with Waxahachie and Ferris, so it's a scheduled stop rather than a special trip. You'd get a delivery price worked out from your address, or nothing at all if you collect the order yourself.
How do I reserve a Red Oak park pavilion?
Several City of Red Oak pavilions are available for private rental. Availability and reservations run through the city's Rentals and Reservations portal, which is powered by CivicRec. Book the pavilion first, then send us the park and your hours.
How much are tables and chairs for a Red Oak party?
$8 per day for a six-foot table, $2 for a chair, $12 for a cooler and $30 for the JBL PartyBox. Nothing is held without a 25% deposit, and the remainder is paid when you take the order.
