Pavilion rentals can be booked online through the city's system, so you can hold a date without a counter visit or a phone queue. Reserve the pavilion first, then send us the park, which pavilion you have, and the hours it covers. One more thing before you give us a number: count the fixed picnic tables already sitting under the roof. You only need to rent the difference, and that is the cheapest correction you will ever make to an order.

Two ways to take the order. Pickup at our DFW lot costs nothing and suits a smaller list — tables fold flat, chairs stack, and forty chairs ride fine in a truck bed.
