- Beverage service: large-capacity coolers ($12/day) for water stations and drink service.
- Sound: JBL PartyBox 110 speakers ($30/day) for announcements, presentations and music.

How booking works for organizations
Build a quote online or call with your headcount and date. A 25% deposit reserves your gear; the balance is due before the event, and we can work with your accounts-payable process on invoicing. Delivery and setup are priced by your location anywhere in the metroplex — see our service areas — or pick up free at our DFW lot.
