How It Works

Church calendars are the busiest event calendars in Texas: fellowship meals, revival weekends, trunk-or-treats, VBS, youth lock-ins and community outreach days. Most fellowship halls have some tables — but never enough for the big days. That's where per-day rentals shine: bring in 20 extra tables and 100 extra chairs for the fall festival weekend, then send them back Monday.

Volume is our specialty. Six-foot tables at $8/day and chairs at $2/day keep even a 300-seat setup inside a ministry budget, and our coolers keep the drink station stocked through a Texas afternoon. Can you handle 200–300 person church events?

Yes — start with packages and add à la carte, or call Ray with your headcount and we'll build the full setup, serving tables included.

Do you work with church invoicing or purchase processes?

Yes — we provide written quotes up front and can work with your finance team on invoicing. A 25% deposit holds the date.

Can you deliver Friday and pick up Monday for a weekend event?

That's our standard weekend rhythm — delivery and pickup are scheduled around your facility's calendar, not ours.
