Backyard weddings are having a moment in Dallas–Fort Worth, and for good reason: the money you save on a venue goes into food, flowers and the honeymoon. Our white resin folding chairs are the same style wedding venues use for outdoor ceremonies — clean, matching and sturdy — at $2 a chair instead of venue markup. Ceremony seating flips to reception seating in minutes.

A 100-guest backyard wedding typically runs 17 guest tables, a head table, serving and cake tables, and 100 chairs — call it under $350 in rentals for the whole day. Add coolers for the drink station and the JBL PartyBox for the processional, toasts and first dance. Rehearsal dinner the night before? Most weekend rentals stretch Friday to Monday, so one order can cover both.

Usually yes — most weekend rentals run Friday pickup/delivery to Monday return, covering rehearsal dinner, wedding day and cleanup at one per-day price.

Do you set up the ceremony rows for us?

With delivery and setup, we place tables and chairs to your layout — ceremony rows, reception rounds, head table and all. Send us your sketch and headcount.
