What a real party costs
Take a typical 60-guest graduation party or quinceañera. À la carte, ten tables and sixty chairs run $200. Our Party for 60 package bundles the same setup for $180. Add two coolers and it's the Cookout for 60 at $200; add the speaker and the Whole Party tops out at $225 per day — complete seating, drinks and sound for sixty people, for less than most venues charge per hour.
The costs to watch for when you compare
- Delivery minimums: some DFW companies won't deliver orders under $150–$300. We have no order minimum, and free pickup at our lot is always an option.
- Service & processing fees: a 10–15% "service charge" at checkout is common elsewhere. Our quote total is the total.
- Multi-day charges: our prices are per day, but weekend rentals are flexible — most hosts pick up Friday or Saturday and return Monday. See the FAQ.
- Cleaning fees: normal-use cleaning is on us; everything is sanitized between events anyway.
